Radian Arc Limited announces today that Peter Christie, who has served as Chairman of the company since 2020, is stepping down from his role to focus on other listed interests, including Activeport, a strong strategic partner of Radian Arc. Mr. Christie has been instrumental in guiding the company’s exponential growth from its inception, contributing significantly to the establishment of Radian Arc as a leader in GPU-based cloud solutions for AI and gaming workloads.
During his tenure, Peter led Radian Arc’s expansion across 24 countries, with the company now partnering with over 70 global telecommunications providers, reaching more than 1.5 billion consumers worldwide. CEO David Cook remarked, “Peter’s leadership has been invaluable in our journey. We are deeply grateful for his guidance and are pleased that he remains a significant shareholder and a valued friend of Radian Arc.”
In tandem with Peter’s departure, Radian Arc is delighted to announce that Xavier Kris has accepted the role of Chairman. Having served as a director for several years, Xavier has played a pivotal role in shaping Radian Arc’s strategic direction and leading key corporate initiatives. His leadership will be vital as Radian Arc continues its rapid scale-up and strives to unlock further value in its partnerships and service offerings.
