Radian Arc, a Submer company, and Datasamudra sign Memorandum of Understanding to deploy GPU-as-a-Service and AI solutions in Karnataka
Barcelona, Spain – February 18, 2026 – Radian Arc Limited, part of InferX, Submer’s AI cloud and GPU infrastructure platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TeleIndia Datacentre Private Limited (Datasamudra), a leading provider of Colocation , GPU , and cloud services in India. The collaboration aims to establish Radian Arc’s GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) platform within Datasamudra’s infrastructure in Karnataka, enabling enterprises and government entities to access advanced AI driven services and high-performance computing locally.
Through this MoU, Radian Arc will establish a GPU Point-of-Presence (POP) inside Datasamudra’s facility. The partnership will also focus on supporting enterprise and state government workloads, including AI and data analytics, sovereign compute, and public-sector digital services, while ensuring compliance with India’s data residency and sovereignty requirements.
Key highlights of the partnership:
- Infrastructure Deployment: Radian Arc will deploy GPU-based edge infrastructure within Datasamudra’s facility located at KIADB IT Park Devanahalli , North Bangalore.
- Government & Enterprise Engagement: Datasamudra will lead local engagement with enterprises and government departments to identify eligible workloads.
- Joint Collaboration: Both companies will work together to position Data Samudra as the local connectivity, hosting, and government engagement partner.
- Regulatory Alignment: The collaboration will ensure compliance with India’s data sovereignty and residency regulations.
