Radian Arc, a Submer Company, and GTPL Broadband Sign Letter of Intent to Deploy GPU-as-a-Service and AI Solutions Across India
Ahmedabad, India 17th Feb 2026– Radian Arc Limited, now part of InferX, Submer’s AI cloud and GPU infrastructure platform, has signed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of telecommunication and cloud services in India. The partnership will see Radian Arc deploy its GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform, along with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and AI capabilities within GTPL Broadband’s network, enabling businesses and consumers to access high-performance computing and AI-driven services locally.
Under the terms of the LOI, Radian Arc will deploy its GPU edge infrastructure within GTPL Broadband’s network, with the collaboration focused on providing innovative solutions to universities, governments and enterprises enhancing their ability to leverage cutting-edge technology for growth and efficiency. The LOI marks the beginning of a three-year collaboration.
